Head of Beyond Banking | Misr Digital Innovation
Mark Narouz holds 19 years of diverse industry experience, currently spearheading the platformization strategy as Head of Beyond Banking at Misr Digital Innovation. In this role, he orchestrates innovative tactics, while also leading the Commercial Team, overseeing pivotal verticals such as Retail Banking Products and Channels Development.
Prior to joining Misr Digital Innovation in 2021, Narouz held pivotal positions at IBM MEA and Orange Egypt. His achievements include driving successful digital demand generation campaigns, launching pioneering digital offerings, and optimizing product portfolios for enhanced market presence.
He holds a BSc in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, USA.
